We sure appreciate your business and will do our best to get your order to you quickly and inexpensively. We process your order within 24 hours of receipt (except for Sundays and holidays).
Credit Cards:
We accept Visa and MasterCard. If for any reason you are uncomfortable placing your order on our secure site, please give us a call and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.
Shipping Rates:
We use either first class postage, or USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelopes and boxes. The shopping cart uses charts provided by the postal service based on dollar value, but we will check the postage on each order and charge the actual cost of shipping based on weight. Usually the postage will be lowered on the order but occasionally it may have to be increased. When your package ships, we will notify you by email and give you the final shipping cost.
We do not ship outside the United States.
Insurance:
We will place shipping insurance on all orders over $50. Please indicate when you're checking out if you want insurance on the first $50. We will not be responsible for items after they have been mailed if you do not purchase insurance.
Insurance rates are:
• $1.75 for the first $50, then
• $2.25 up to $100,
• $2.75 up to $200,
• $4.70 up to $300,
• And then $1.00 more for each $100 after that.
Taxes:
Orders shipped to South Carolina will have a 7% sales tax added to your order.
Returns:
LTL Quilts cannot accept returns on patterns or books due to copyright issues. Kits and tools & notions may be returned only if they are sealed in their original packaging. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. If there is a problem with your order, please email me immediately. Certainly, if we made an error, we will correct it immediately. All sales are final 14 days from original purchase date.
Privacy:
LTL Quilts respects your privacy, and does not share any information with any other person or business for any reason. This includes phone numbers, email addresses or home addresses.
